Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just select the Person Icon in the heading !
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at contact@corynscollages.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact me immediately at refund@corynscollages.com.
Can I alter my order?
Yes, Within the post ordering process you will be sent a first draft, before being shipped the final copy. After viewing the rough draft if there's modifications you'd like to make you're more than welcome to let me know what you'd like changed and or added. However after this consultation (via email) the item will be shipped and the Collage can no longer be altered.
When will my order arrive?
Standard Processing time for orders is between 2-3 days and Collage's By Coryn uses UPS Standard Shipping which ranges between 3-7 business days. Orders can take between 6-10 days for you to recieve them.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?
If the product received does not match the approved specifications or is defective upon arrival, please contact me within 5 days of receiving the product via email (refund@corynscollages.com). I will work with you to address the issue promptly.
Options Include
- New canvas or poster can be shipped free of charge
- You may ship the defective product back to me (address will be provided via email). Upon recieving product you may recieve a full refund
